I wish! I plan on writing a letter. I think this policy of bumping another customer for someone who pays an extra $50 is awful. I bet if the other two people knew they would be just as upset as I am. Now I won't get it back until MONDAY evening! What about giving them a loaner if it was such an emergency? This is a big shop and they have been around for years they have machines they could implement and use for this purpose. I NEED more chocolate :-)
