I have a Husqavarna and love my machine but hated the repair guy! It had a short in the wire and after about 5 trips to the repair shop, the assistant stepped up and said he was fixing it right! It was under warranty, but still, having to travel 45 minutes one way when they KNEW what the problem was irked me! Maybe you can check around for another repair person. Good luck! Oh yeah, I did get $10 worth of free fabric for "my trouble"! LOL
