I hope you don't mind my poking my nose in here. I think you can do your label however it makes sense to you. I've seen it done several ways including:
Center
Round 1
Round 2
Round 3
Round 4
Round 5
or
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
The first option identifies each quilter by specific center/border. The second option simply lists the quilters in order beginning with the center creator listed as #1 because she was the first to work on the quilt top. I hope this helps.
