I would never have thought of that. Not a thrift shop person. But I will certainly start looking. Have a woman who goes to occupational therapy with me who used to own a quilt shop (I'm quite chatty), and she invited me over to check out the fabrics she still has. Can't wait. Know it is difficult when there are no quilt shops. There are a lot more in the midwest than anywhere else in the states. As a fulltime on the road wife, I have the adventure of a lifetime checking them all out. One of my favorites (other than in Paducah), is in Sedalia, MO. Now I have another source to check out.
