If they have admired your work and looked at your quilt and made comments, then you know, that they know. My boy always checks to see what I am working on, be it a doll, quilt or decorative art and he sometime critiques it and will suggest a color. On my mask quilt he suggested the white sashings. I have made quilts for some of his friends (boys) and a couple for their children. They went wild and couldn't believe that I made them a quilt and that was great joy to me.

Dominic (son) has always loved the gambling dogs. I found a copy on a large fabric panel and it had the artist signature on it. Walmart carried it and it was good quality. I bought the two panels they had left and the coordinating fabric to back it with. He was over joyed with it. I will find a pic.

I found a pic but it is way too small, but found a pic of my giant Dahlia...
