That's my 18-1/2 year old chilhuahua-cocker spaniel mix Floppy. She's still perking along, not on any meds, but doesn't see too well and her hearing is (I believe) selective. When we walk at night Buddy goes with us and acts as her guide, it's quite amazing to watch.
