This has actually been happening!! That's another case of how can you make stupidity illegal. I'd break that car window in a heartbeat if it were a child or a dog in there. Then I'd get arrested and sued but %$%# it- it would be worth it.
This happened in SC - they used to have video poker parlors. A woman left her baby (VERY young) in the car while she played for hours, baby died. SC repealed all gambling places, partly because of this case.
People get STUPID in casinos. (not everyone....)
