My caution is don't plan or promise more than you can deliver. If you are the organizer then keep it at that and don't fall into having to plan their activities. Keep it social and allow and expect those attending to bring their own projects. If someone attends who wants to learn one of the crafts, then pair that person with someone in the group who will do the training. At first I would not plan for any planned activity or presentation. What I am saying is to control your activities and not take on too much, unless you want to. It is a great and worthwhile project. Go for it. Don't be disappointed if response is less than your expectations. The Scriptures say....."where two or more are gathered together".........etc.
