I bought something from Ebay one time, and the guy that sent it to me took a priority box, turned it inside out, and used it. I was charged more for it because he did that. He paid it so I could get the package, but they said that he opened the box, turned it inside out, and used it and they could tell it was a priority box. Wow! Someone must have been carefully checking the packages that day. It looked fine to me. Yes, double check, because the Post Office is going broke and they are trying to get all they can out of us.
