Hello there. I just purchased a GMQ Pro and am having a problem with the assembly. I can't get the "V" shaped plastic tracks to slide in as demonstrated on the DVD. When I push it, you can see that the aluminum casement is sharp and is peeling some of the black plastic off of the track. I can only push it on for about 6 inches and then it won't push in any more. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it? I also tried "snapping" it in as shown in the paper instructions - no luck there either. I would be very grateful for any help. I can't wait to get it operational and get quilting!! Thanks.
