Stand your ground and do only what you are comfortable with. It takes time and money to make those things, and whether you tell them you don't have the time, or that you charge X amount of dollars, they will respect you for being up front with them. There was a time when I had a hard time saying no when it came to someone wanting me to sew something for them, but not any more.
