I showed this as a quilt top about 6 months ago. It was my very first one, so I was anxious to show it to you all. Then I sent it to the quilter, leaving only the binding to do. Well, I folded it in such a way that the edges didn't show and put it on the end of my bed- even covered up with it a time or two, with the raw edges hanging out. Why would I do that? Because I had moved onto other projects- since then I have made about 5 quilts! All of them are finished and on to their intended recipient, but my own sat unfinished- I just couldn't seem to get it done. Oh well, it's done now and I'm pretty proud of it.
