This tool sells very well and it is a quality tool. Marketing is has it always has been, men like posters of attractive women in their shops. I know several auto mechanics who have the Snap-on tool girl plastered everywhere.
Sexy women adorn cars at car shows, motorcycle shows. I have even seen them at RV and Boat shows.
I know when we looked at buying tools for reno job, this brand was quickly rejected. I did my homework-looking at every bit of info I could find about ratings. The occupation will tend toward certain media-a wall street exec probably wouldn't have a pinup advertising the copy machine or holding a reem of paper seductively! lol! One will be attracted to what someone else thinks is trashy-there will never be a good common ground between the two. :) :)
