I bought some white fabric for background Squares at a LQS and when I went to cut it I saw little black spots. I called an told them about it and they were so apologetic they checked the inside of the bolt and the entire bolt was defective. They sent me fabric from another bolt along with a bonus meter and thanked me for letting them know.This fabric was for a guild project and our members were impressed at the response.The LQS has gained a lot of our members business just because of the way they dealt with this issue.
