I am finishing a quilt for my GD and one for her sister.(They showed me with colored pictures what their favorite colors are.) Everying else I have sewed which is not a lot, I have kept.
I keep very few of the things I make and so far they have been appreciated some to the point of me having to repair them years later. I would be upset if I found one like that but they would never get anything else from me. People still have baby quilts that I made for them. I have a nephew that just graduated as a deputy sheriff and his blanket is still around. He is 25 almost 26. Sad story but I guess once you give it away it belongs to them and they can do what they want with it but like I said never again.
