Yrs ago we sold our house & built a small...very small house next door.Like you, we sold many things, some I should have kept.Used to can mostly green beans & tomatoes,applesauce & pears/peaches.DH's parents & Grparents both canned beef & yum yum....so good.They both had enough canned goods to put a meal on the table, along with home made bread.

Google pressure cooker recipes. There all sorts of recipes available. Hope you find what you are wanting. I'm on my 2nd PC. This one is smaller and will hold only 3 pt. jars, not 4. I can beef in pt. jars. It is so good with noodles and so many other things. Miss my big pressure canner which was handy when I had a huge garden. Moved to sr. housing and had to sell along w/ many things that I miss now. Good luck. Marge
