I pray for courage and determination that you've portrayed. You are doing an excellent job -- with the weight loss and with the blocks. Congratulations! I have 35 to lose (high blood pressure). I begin every morning, and before nighttime, I've gone backwards. I've lost 20 to 25 pounds so many times, but this time, it just "ain't happenin'." Any tips? I'm retired and am still in my "work mode" hunger at certain times of the day, even after almost 13 years. I also don't sleep very much so hunger comes in the middle of the night, too.
