Congratulations on your weight loss!! 5 Yrs ago My Dr put me on a steroid for my asthma. I gained 22lbs in 5 weeks. It took me 3 yrs to loose It. My body thought that was what I was supposed to weigh. Ive now accomplished 2 yrs of maintaining. That's as hard as loosing. I think your weight loss blocks are a great idea!
Keep up the hard work so you can keep making those great blocks!!

I can't claim the idea of making weightloss blocks the credit goes to thelondonzoo. She has a thread called fat quilts for fluffy people. We both belong to the weight loss challenge thread. I have no secret except for my own personal gain of getting to live longer so I can be around to watch all my children grow up and to hopefully see my grandchildren. I cut back on the amount of food I eat and no sweets. If I get the munchies I go sew. I used to reach for food when I was stressed now I sit at my machine.
