I go to a "no tip" salon. The haircuts are expensive, but not anymore than what they would be with service and tips.
I am with one other here on the board, tipping has gotten out of hand. When I went to other hairdressers I tipped 15-20%.
The only service person I tip now is the groomer, she is fantastic and I tip her 25%
