Pot cheese is a curded cheese like cottage cheese but not as moist. the only commercial brand that I know that makes Pot cheese is Friendship Farms--and that might only be on the east coast. Local ethnic grocerery stores can get Pot cheese by the 5 lb tub from their purveyors(wholesalers).
