We want one so bad we can taste it but just can't afford it right now. We met a wonderful lady who has been quilting for a while. She told us to go to quiltopolis and look for used machines. She also mentioned going to quilt shows and trying to buy a demonstrator. We've seen them on Craiglist as well. The main thing she told us was not to plan on getting rich with it. She said not believe the people who tell you a person can easily make $40k a year using one. When it comes to quilting no one makes anything easily. It plain hard work eventhough it's extremely rewarding and theraputic.
