Beautiful quilt. I used this same pattern for the corners of my son's Mariner's Compass. Yes it is a challenging pattern in that it is all small pieces. I found that if I sewed them into units first and then did strips rather than blocks it was easier. Did you do it this way or did you do whole blocks? Just curious! I have lots of pieces left, that I could make a wall hanging for my husband if I chose to. Nahhh! :lol:
