Collector49 sent me this lovely quilt and I was debating a few different designs in my mind before starting and I finally decided to just put leaves in the alternating colors of brown and beige that frame the red squares. I then just sort of made loops and flowers in the polka dot areas and outlined the leaves and flowers on the red fabric to make those stand out. I bordered it with huge leaves to bring it all in....I LOVE this quilt! It feels warm just because of the fabric choices! Great peicing! NO problems at all! It will be flying back home today. I couldn't lay it out on my bed for pictures because it is covered in clean laundry at the moment sorry! It is on the frame after I trimmed it!
