Collector49 sent me this lovely quilt and I was debating a few different designs in my mind before starting and I finally decided to just put leaves in the alternating colors of brown and beige that frame the red squares. I then just sort of made loops and flowers in the polka dot areas and outlined the leaves and flowers on the red fabric to make those stand out. I bordered it with huge leaves to bring it all in....I LOVE this quilt! It feels warm just because of the fabric choices! Great peicing! NO problems at all! It will be flying back home today. I couldn't lay it out on my bed for pictures because it is covered in clean laundry at the moment sorry! It is on the frame after I trimmed it!

Yes, I get more value from the second set of photos. I enjoy your stitching and I couldn't see as much of it as I wanted to in the first set of photos. Beautiful quilt and excellent quilting.. I wish you the best on your business. You will do good.

    Looks great!!!
It also looks like a "Warm Wishes" quilt. I just whipped up 5 of them, going to sandwich them in a few minutes!!!

I really like how you quilted around the flower and then reinforced the design with the freehand flower on the rectangles.
