I did a very "manly" pillowcase for a son-in-law for Christmas out of tool fabric. Just for fun (and to tease him a bit!) I added a piece of rubber ducky fabric in the cuff. He's big and gruff sometimes, but a genuinely sweet guy.

Thanks for the idea. I really only need to add back 2" or close to it to get the same wideth of the body. I do have extra of the same cuff fabric. So I don't know why I was so worried it wouln't look right.
