Hi everyone. This is my first post to the forum. I just discovered this cool message board.
Anyways...My mom gave me this treasure. It is a quilt top that my great grandmother made in the 1930s. All the pieces are hand stitched. I'm thinking I will hand quilt it.
I'm excited about it. My mom and my grandmother were quilters too. I'm very proud to carry on the tradition and wish I had met my great grandmother before she passed away so long ago. I feel that I know her a little bit when I look at this quilt top.
