Within the group there are different challenges. One of the is the UFO Challenge. A UFO is an Un Finished Object (those tops that aren't done.)
To join the challenge you email the coordinator and submit two FQ's to the kitty. Every quarter a winner is drawn. Every finish you have your name gets entered into the bag that gets drawn every quarter. New quarter new bag.
There is a queens list. When you finish a quilt, you email the coordinator and post a picture and your name gets moved to the bottom of the list. If you get to be number one, you are the queen which is not necessarily good. If you are queen and don't finish a quilt in your reign of 7 days, you have to pay a FQ to the kitty.
