i've seen those and they do give the 3-D effect without creating a pocket that invites dust. i'm concerned about that because my daughter was a very allergic kid who kept getting gifts that were impossible for her to use and people were always insulted that i wouldn't let her use them, even though i told them over and over again that she couldn't go near dust or other allergens. i've always been careful about what i give away and kept my cats off gift quilts. i even wash everything before gifting. whoever knows me, knows why. whoever doesn't know me well enough to know why, wouldn't get a quilt anyway. :lol: :lol:
