I was so anxious to try the 10 minute block that I went to a basket of charm packs to try some blocks using 5" squares. I found some half square triangles left from another project and used them as the corners with a regular charm (trimmed to 4.5") for the center. Got a whole new design with diamonds! Looks much more complicated than it is.

Watch and than remember that instead of the 4 plain blocks on the ends that AnitaSt used 1/2 triangle blocks.

What a cute idea. I am glad someone had imagination. I have a hard time coming up with my own designs so I appreciate this. Will need to try it. Thanks!

Love it. I ordered the book and it came in earlier this week. Have not had a chance to sit down and really look at it in detail yet but can't wait to get started on one.
