I had "trigger thumb" once and the Dr. said it was from" overuse." I had been trying to reach a deadline for an exhibit and was working on a quilt everyday. Once the thumb problem was corrected, i don't work on a daily basis. I love hand quilting, so I'll quilt for maybe 2 hours and I'll skip the next day. Now i like using a glove. Guess it's like chicken soup, but try it.
