I must remember about the Epsom salts, for myself and my DH. I think he takes way too much Aleve. I don't like it because it messes with my brain. I'm on Lyrica for my neuropathy pain, but I try to cut back when I can. Sometimes I feel like I do more chemical warfare now than when I was sick!
