I'd give the kids the gifts anyway,and if you're feeling generous, give the adults, too. I've found that when families do the 'one gift' thing, they still give to the kids. What kid is going to want a "white elephant". But if you're uncomfortable giving the adult gifts,save them for birthdays or anniversaries.
