I have one of the bobbin holders and made a small pincushion to fit in the middle. Glued it into the donut hole. It works great for me.
What a great idea. I'm going to try and make one too. Thanks for the idea.
My favorite tool is a spring action thread clipper. It is SHARP, small and has a curved blade at the tip. It is perfect for cutting threads when doing machine embroidery. I have one for each machine and 1 in my handsewing basket. It is called Tweezer Snips with Curved blades.
