My rotary cutter and my Fons & Porter mechanical marking pencils.
I have bought EVERY marking pencil/device designed thus far and these pencils are the ONLY thing that mark neatly, last throughout the quilting of the quilt...and then wash out easily. They also make nice thin lines so they are easy to hand quilt and keep a neat line.
