my basics are seam ripper velcowd to my machine cause I misplaced so many times before doing that, and I also use it as my stilletto ,thread snips,and my eyes are bad so I have to have my needle threader cause without that I wouldn't be able to thread the needle in order to even start to sew. For hand sewing I love my self threading needles.
