Very close to my right hand is my magnetic pin cushion w/pins, then a cup full of goodies (small scissors, tweezers, 12" ruler, pencil, marking chalk pencil, stiletto) and to the right of that a small wooden bowl(DH is a woodworker and this was one his rejects) of scraps that I use for leaders. I figure after eight years of quilting that the things closest to me are the ones I use the most.
