My small scissor snips.. and the long, flat edged-bent tweezers that I got with my Curve-Master foot.
(I'm ashamed to say that I got the Curve-Master foot at festival 2 years ago and still have yet to use it.. but I've used the hades out of those tweezers!)
But the best thing is using the small "Command Adhesive" hooks to hang them from the left side of the front of my machine.
They are always there when I need them!
FYI - cheaper suction handles for your acrylic rulers:
Look at Harbor Freight for "Suction Cup Lifters"
They are much cheaper than the "quilting" versions.
