Well, I just averted a major monkey disaster. My Dobie loves stuffies. .....for lunch! I remember putting the monkey on my desk after I showed my Dh and went on about my business. I happened to walk by Dukes bed in the living room and there was the monkey! Duke had taken it and put it on his bed. I was almost afraid to pick it up and Duke was looking most guilty. Luckily he must have just taken it, there were no holes, and barely a damp spot. He was probably careful and sneaky and had probably just done it. The monkey was rescued and the dog was scolded. No disaster. Now I am worried about getting my Christmas decorations out. He never bothers most things, but stuffed things he just loves. I used to buy them for him, but got tired of cleaning them up. They end up in tiny quarter inch pieces. So now he gets a kong toy or something equally tough.
