There are 85 yo-yo's in him, and they took forever. I told my husband not to volunteer me to make one for anyone else, unless they want to pay about 300 bucks. You were also supposed to use nearly a yard of five different fabrics, but I had five yards of lightweight desert camo, so I used that. Now for the real test on the 26th, when Liam opens the present. Will he like it?
That is so cute!! When I was a kid I collected bottle caps (remember them?) and cut circles of fabric, hemmed, and covered the bottle caps and stitched them together to make hot mats. You will never find me making yo-yo's after the hundreds of bottle caps I covered, maybe thousands. Guess that's why I hate hand-stitching to this day.
