For $50.00 I would keep it! I think it is a lovely piece. Last year my husband bought me the Sewing table from JoAnn's and paid $100 and something for it. Yours is so much better. Honestly, I would keep it and find a way to make room. Besides good veneer is nothing to sneeze at either. Good luck with your endeavor..
