Walking Foot came with my Janome 3300 when I bought it 10 years ago, at that stage I was not quilting and was a little afraid to try it, so it sat in the accessory tray for a long while, then one day I was so annoyed at the hem on the Barbie Doll Evening Dresses stretching that I thought I would try the Walking Foot. I kicked myself that I hadn't started using it from the start, also found it very good when sewing any fabric that is a stretch pile such as panne velvets and velour.
