I would contact the seller and tell her you were disappointed in the way it was handled. She should not have assumed that you could get by with a lesser amount than what she actually listed in the auction and should have contacted you immediately when she discovered her mistake. Depending on her response, I would base my feedback accordingly. I don't think I would leave negative but lesser stars are appropriate. People tend to accept mistakes much more easily if the seller is just upfront with them!
