Like a couple of the others on here, I've had a ton of them. I have had a pituitary tumor back 14 years ago, followup from that and now here I go again with another one with surgery to come. So, lots of experience with MRIs. My advice is to take a xanax or a valium to help you relax. I'm claustrophobic also and can now manage without going into tears. One time I was in for at least 45 min. It seems like forever if you can't mark time some way. Glad it's behind you.
