I used to travel a lot for work, so every time I would fly out in the afternoon, I would make a point of spending the morning visiting all of the local quilt shops. I still have some fantastic finds from them!
Nowadays... we don't actually have a car, and we don't have any good local quilt shops, so once a year I convince my DH to take a train trip to the next city over with a good one!
