I haven't yet found the perfect height for cutting and maybe it doesn't exist. Cutting at countertop height left my hands aching and cutting at table height is hard on my back. I would recommend making sure you have a really sharp blade in your rotary cutter to minimize the strain....or go for the Accucut Go (I'm not sure if I spelled that right.). I've heard wonderful things from owners, but I just can't justify buying one at this time. Christmas next year? ;)
