Diapers frozen in the basket when I was hanging them out to dry. The whitest diapers around. The square Maytag wringer washers which no.1 son caught his arm through the wringer while visiting the farm in MO. I had an absolutely modern Easy Spin dryer. Hated to sell it but couldn't use it in the new house. Bread and milk delivery until the 70's. The cows for the milk were 5 houses down at the end of the street - a complete dairy but now Prudential Business Campus.
More memories and my kids think they grew-up like "The Wonder Years" show.
