I don't even own a tv but the news about all those real life characters filters in anyway. And alot of the reason I don't have a tv is because of shows like that and some of the evening sitcoms are bad too.Once I watched 2 episodes of "Family Guy" at someones home (couldn't change the channel, not my tv)and I was SHOCKED! I wasn't born yesterday (as my Dad used to say) but it was horrible.
I have my computer and can watch re runs of this and that on "Hulu" or even watch DVD's on my computer. I miss Animal Planet and Discovery is about all.
