It was -6 when I got up this morning at 6 am.
I too am in New Hampshire and don't like snow and ice. If I moved anywhere it would be back to NYC to be near my grandkids and why bother - it's cold there too, albeit not minus anything.
I agree with others re job. You could take an Arizona vacation and check out the market.
New Hampshire doesn't seem to be taking as bad a bath on selling houses as other states. Check with some realtors.
