Umm yes I got that treatment at a store in Lewisville after a 45 minute trip to get there and then not get any help.
I wouldnt have been so mad except for a few regulars walked in and the employees tripped over each other to great them where nothing was said to either mom or myself and we had been there an hour.
I bought my sale items and left and hit the other LQS to spend the rest of my money!
