Don't know what I'm missing, but should we expect more of a LQS than we do a grocery or carpet store? A lot of medical offices are right up there in rudeness. I don't need a clerk to call me by name.Just treating customers as you want to be treated is fine with me, be it a dress store,shoe shop...whatever.JMO
